Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor food processing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare raw ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and mixing, according to production recipes and standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.
  • Package finished food products accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to sanitation and hygiene protocols.
  • Follow all food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and company policies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as required.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, equipment operation, and new procedures.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, and temperature-controlled environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
