Key Responsibilities
- Manage and log all incoming demo submissions, ensuring efficient tracking and timely review by the A&R team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for A&R executives and artists.
- Maintain and update comprehensive artist databases, contact lists, and project trackers.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and draft contracts or agreements for review by legal and A&R teams.
- Assist in the coordination of recording sessions, songwriting camps, and artist showcases.
- Act as a primary liaison between artists, managers, producers, and various internal departments (e.g., marketing, legal, finance).
- Track and process invoices, expenses, and assist with budget management for A&R projects.
- Conduct initial market research on emerging artists, musical trends, and industry developments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential artist and business information with the utmost discretion.
Required Skills
