Your role will involve assisting with a variety of daily tasks, offering not just practical support but also invaluable emotional connection. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming, whilst promoting independence.
- Provide support with mobility, including moving and handling, using appropriate equipment where necessary.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with basic health monitoring, under supervision.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities to combat loneliness and promote mental well-being.
- Undertake light household duties, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in a client's health or well-being to the senior care team.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
