Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer questions and concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members for further assistance when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Continuously engage in learning and adapting to new product knowledge, services, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve shared objectives and enhance customer experience.
