Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their specific needs and pain points.
  • Present product/service solutions clearly and persuasively, highlighting benefits and value.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer details are correct.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns with professionalism.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an inbound sales, customer service, or telemarketing role (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to quickly understand customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence customers, leading to successful sales conversions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
