Job Description

This includes helping to design and conduct user interviews, facilitating usability tests, preparing and deploying surveys, and assisting with ethnographic studies. You’ll also be involved in managing research participant recruitment, preparing research materials, and meticulously documenting findings. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, recruitment, and execution of various UX research studies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability tests, card sorting).
  • Prepare research materials, including interview guides, test scripts, and survey questionnaires.
  • Support the moderation of user interviews and usability tests, taking detailed notes and capturing key observations.
  • Help analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identifying themes, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of research reports, presentations, and other deliverables to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage research participant logistics, including scheduling and compensation.
  • Maintain and organize research data, tools, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior UX researchers, designers, product managers, and development teams.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in UX research.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of UX research methodologies and principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

  • Experience with data visualization techniques.
  • Prior experience in a research-oriented role, even if academic or intern-level.
