Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, both over the phone and via email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, presentations, and studio tours, managing calendars effectively.
- Prepare and organize client-facing documents, proposals, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests and projects.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the studio management team, including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues or escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to improving service delivery processes and overall client experience.
- Support event planning and coordination for client engagement initiatives and internal studio events.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
