Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls for roadside tire assistance.
- Diagnose tire issues and perform services such as tire changes, repairs, and rotations.
- Operate and maintain company service vehicle and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
