Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply powder coating techniques to various metal parts under supervision.
- Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking according to specifications.
- Operate powder coating guns and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload parts onto racks and into curing ovens.
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new techniques and process improvements.
