Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of food items, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients under supervision.
- Set up event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, and decorations according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, serving areas, and equipment before, during, and after events.
- Wash dishes, sanitize workstations, and ensure all tools and utensils are properly stored.
- Help with loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies for off-site events.
- Support the catering team in delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
