Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently according to production schedules.
- Monitor machine cycles, temperatures, and pressures to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform meticulous visual inspections of molded parts for quality defects such as shorts, flashes, and warpage.
- Trim, deburr, and package finished products, ensuring they meet specified quality standards.
- Load raw materials (plastic resins) into machine hoppers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Accurately complete production records, quality logs, and other required documentation.
- Actively participate in all provided training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
