Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified instructions and product lists.
- Verify product quantities, quality, and condition before packaging to prevent errors.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, sealing, and organizing for carrier pickup.
- Assist with receiving incoming inventory, ensuring items are accurately counted and stored.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse and packing areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily fulfillment goals are met.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
