As a Bilingual Inbound Agent, you will handle a variety of incoming calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally in both English and Spanish (or other designated second language).

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills
