Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level SOC Monitoring Analyst. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor security alerts and events from various security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) to identify potential threats and anomalies.
  • Perform initial triage and analysis of security incidents to determine their nature, scope, and severity.
  • Document security incidents and findings accurately, maintaining detailed records for further investigation and reporting.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority security incidents to senior analysts or incident response teams.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of security monitoring procedures and playbooks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the Security Operations Center.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of security issues and implement preventative measures.

Required Skills
