Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Process guest departures, handle payments, and assist with any final queries or needs.
- Manage all incoming calls and correspondence, providing accurate information and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservation systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide comprehensive information about the local area, attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide concierge services as required.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the lobby and reception area.
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality or a client-facing environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
