Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding our services, products, and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and service standards, ensuring compliance and quality in all communications.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team knowledge.
