Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load raw materials or finished products onto conveyor belts, hoppers, or other machinery.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, under supervision.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure continuous material flow and identify potential issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
- Perform routine quality checks on materials being loaded, reporting any discrepancies or damage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
