Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage locations, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
