Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored and organized.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or restocking supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and countertops.
- Empty trash cans and move clean dishes to appropriate areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant cleanliness standards.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
