Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct incoming communications (phone calls, emails, and mail) with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, including room setup and technology preparation.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with accurate data entry and the maintenance of internal databases.
  • Order, receive, and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient usage.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior staff and various departments as required.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests, directing them appropriately and providing a positive first impression of the company.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and managing expense reports.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with an aptitude for multitasking.
