Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, vision, and deliverables for various events and commercial shoots.
- Conduct on-site photography for a wide range of assignments, including corporate events, weddings, product launches, lifestyle shoots, and real estate.
- Utilize professional-grade camera equipment, lighting, and accessories to capture high-quality images in diverse settings.
- Manage all aspects of photography, from planning and setup to shooting and breakdown.
- Perform extensive post-production editing, retouching, and color correction to enhance image quality and ensure brand consistency.
- Organize, back up, and deliver final edited images to clients within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Maintain and care for all photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to clients to achieve optimal visual outcomes.
- Manage scheduling, invoicing, and client communication for assigned projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve photographic skills and offerings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing events and commercial work.
- Expert proficiency with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for post-production and editing.
- Exceptional understanding of photographic principles, including composition, lighting, and exposure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
