Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, card payments, and manage returns/exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and visually appealing, including dusting, sweeping, and maintaining displays.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory management.
- Support the store management team with daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
