Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administration as per care plan and training.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behaviour, or well-being to supervisory staff.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities or conversations.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or outings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, company policies, and care plans.
