Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and product quality across all outlets.
- Develop, implement, and refresh innovative menus and beverage programs that align with market trends and guest preferences.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue generation to meet or exceed targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff, fostering a positive, productive, and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Maintain consistently high standards of guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and implementing corrective actions.
- Plan and execute promotional events, special occasions, and marketing initiatives to drive F&B sales.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems for food, beverages, and operating supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management roles, preferably in a hotel or multi-outlet environment.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe certification).
- Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control strategies.
- Proficiency in F&B point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
