Key Responsibilities
- Execute all aspects of finish carpentry, including trim installation, cabinet setting, door hanging, window casing, and baseboard installation.
- Perform accurate measurements, cuts, and installations to ensure precise fit and finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Select appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for each task.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, other tradespeople, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications, performing touch-ups or adjustments as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentice carpenters, fostering their skill development.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in finish carpentry techniques and applications.
