Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels according to established procedures.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and window sills.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, coffee, and stationery.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in rooms or common areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels, as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and push carts for extended periods.
