Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive audio editing, including noise reduction, equalization, compression, and mastering to achieve broadcast-quality sound.
- Edit raw interview and spoken word audio, removing filler words, pauses, and extraneous noises, while maintaining natural flow and pacing.
- Integrate intros, outros, music, sound effects, and sponsor messages seamlessly into podcast episodes.
- Develop compelling show notes, episode descriptions, and social media snippets that accurately summarize content and encourage listener engagement.
- Manage the scheduling and publishing of podcast episodes across various platforms (e.g., Libsyn, Buzzsprout, Anchor, Spotify, Apple Podcasts).
- Implement best practices for podcast SEO to maximize discoverability and audience reach.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all audio and accompanying content before publication.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, producers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver on creative vision.

Required Skills
