Key Responsibilities

  • Assist immigration consultants in preparing, reviewing, and organizing immigration application forms and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing status updates under supervision.
  • Maintain and update client files and case management databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures as directed by consultants.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
