Key Responsibilities
- Provide a visible security presence at various event venues to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor designated areas for suspicious activity, potential hazards, or breaches of security.
- Enforce venue policies and procedures consistently and fairly to ensure public safety and comfort.
- Assist with crowd control, queue management, and directing patrons to maintain smooth event flow.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents such as medical emergencies, security breaches, or disturbances.
- Conduct bag checks, metal detection screening, and control access points as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering directions, answering questions, and assisting patrons.
- Complete detailed reports of all security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff, emergency services personnel, and other security team members.
- Operate security equipment such as radios, metal detectors, and access control systems.
