Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery notes, reporting any discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to client specifications and deadlines.
- Safely load goods onto lorries and containers for dispatch.
- Operate manual handling equipment, such as pallet trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and relocation.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets and operational goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
