Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of common computer problems, including operating system errors, application malfunctions, and peripheral device issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
  • Document all support requests, resolutions, and relevant details in the IT service management system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT technicians or appropriate specialists.
  • Conduct basic network checks and assist with connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Educate users on best practices for software usage, system security, and data management.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Participate in IT projects as directed, contributing to system upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software principles.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented approach and a friendly demeanor.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
