Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled maintenance technicians with repairs and preventative maintenance tasks across residential properties.
- Learn and perform basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing toilets.
- Support minor electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets under supervision.
- Assist with HVAC system maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct general apartment turns, including painting, cleaning, minor drywall repairs, and light carpentry as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and the maintenance shop.
- Learn to operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform groundskeeping duties as required, such as litter removal, seasonal clean-up, and light landscaping.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and fair housing regulations.
Required Skills
