Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving common IT problems, including network connectivity, printer issues, and application errors.
  • Set up, configure, and deploy new workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Install and update software applications, ensuring proper licensing and functionality.
  • Document all support activities, resolutions, and user interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
  • Assist with routine IT maintenance tasks, such as system checks, backups, and security updates.
  • Learn and adhere to company IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary, providing detailed information and context.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
