Key Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Write compelling ad copy and work with creative teams to develop engaging visuals.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, and implement real-time optimizations to improve KPIs.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated spending while maximizing ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with client success managers to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Assist in the development of new campaign strategies and proposals.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure proper tracking and conversion setup.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Demonstrated proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

- Google Ads Search Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
