Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items in rooms promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized housekeeping cart.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor and take inventory of items such as towels, soap, and other guest supplies.
- Assist with laundry duties when required.
- Ensure the privacy and security of guests' belongings.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk and maintenance teams.
