Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with client business goals and brand identity.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging written and visual content (images, video, stories) for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales opportunities.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders relevant to our clients' industries.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Officer or similar role, specifically with online brands.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant social media best practices.
- Solid understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO principles.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video).
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and content marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
