Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production of various podcast series, including pre-production, recording, editing, and post-production.
- Perform advanced audio editing, mixing, and mastering to achieve high-quality sound for all episodes.
- Collaborate with content strategists and hosts on script development, storyboarding, and narrative structure.
- Coordinate and schedule guests, managing communication and logistics for interviews.
- Operate and maintain recording equipment, ensuring optimal sound capture.
- Develop and implement creative sound design elements, music, and voiceovers to enhance listener engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all content meets brand standards and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in podcasting and audio production.
- Contribute to content strategy and ideation for new podcast concepts and episode themes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in podcast production or audio engineering.
- Expert proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or similar.
- Strong understanding of audio recording, mixing, and mastering techniques.
