Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams for timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and loading/unloading.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners regarding logistics status.
  • Utilize logistics software and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in resolving any logistical issues or delays promptly.

Required Skills

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (even internships).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of local transportation routes in Osogbo.
  • Valid driver's license.
