Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial transactions, client files, and operational procedures to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and report potential compliance breaches, risks, and vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes (e.g., OSFI, FINTRAC, provincial securities commissions) and interpret their impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with legal, audit, risk management, and business units to provide compliance guidance and facilitate corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to management.

Required Skills
