Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior operators and technicians with various tasks related to oil and gas field operations.
- Perform general labour duties, including site maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment cleaning.
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and temperatures, reporting any anomalies to supervisors.
- Participate in the loading and unloading of materials, chemicals, and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, observations, and equipment status.
- Support emergency response procedures and drills as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work site, including proper waste disposal.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals and uphold a positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform demanding manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about oil & gas equipment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid UK driving license and ability to travel to various field sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the oil & gas, construction, or heavy industrial sectors.
