Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UI/UX design.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and foster a culture of empathy within the team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Experience with user research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience in the recruitment technology or HR software industry.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
