Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with the configuration and deployment of software applications to various environments (development, staging, production).
- Participate in the testing phase of deployments to ensure functionality, performance, and stability.
- Help maintain and update deployment documentation, including release notes and operational procedures.
- Monitor deployment processes and assist in identifying and resolving minor issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to understand deployment requirements and dependencies.
- Contribute to the automation of deployment tasks using scripting and relevant tools under guidance.
- Learn and apply best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Provide basic technical support during and after deployments, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in software deployment and operations.
