Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage with children in age-appropriate activities, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and restroom breaks.
  • Implement educational and recreational activities designed to promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom or play area.
  • Observe and document children's behavior, progress, and development, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with parents/guardians regarding their child's day and any relevant observations.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures of Career.zycto and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
