Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, seating them comfortably and presenting menus.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.
- Monitor dining areas to anticipate guests' needs, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and checking in on their experience.
- Process guest payments efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including setting up and clearing down tables.
- Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service associates to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
