Key Responsibilities
- Greet patrons warmly and provide clear directions and information regarding parking procedures.
- Monitor parking areas for available spaces and guide vehicles to appropriate spots.
- Ensure orderly traffic flow within the parking facility, preventing congestion.
- Respond to patron inquiries and resolve minor parking-related issues with a helpful attitude.
- Inspect the parking lot regularly for safety hazards, debris, or unauthorized vehicles.
- Report any security concerns, maintenance needs, or unusual activities to supervisors promptly.
- Assist patrons with special needs or requiring assistance, as required.
