Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time via live chat, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient support for inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Accurately identify customer needs, clarify information, and research issues using available resources to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions or direct them to relevant resources, ensuring a clear understanding and positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer's case until resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to confidently address customer queries.
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting with training new team members and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
