We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our premier property located in the heart of Downtown, Bozeman. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals, maximize guest satisfaction, and drive profitability.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards, safety regulations, and local hospitality laws.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community stakeholders.
- Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring exceptional service recovery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Oversee property maintenance and renovations to ensure a high standard of appearance and functionality.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a full-service hotel.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS, POS, CRM).
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
