Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops.
- Assist with irrigation systems, including setting up, monitoring, and moving pipes.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools under supervision (e.g., mowers, tillers, hand tools).
- Participate in general farm maintenance, including cleaning work areas, equipment, and structures.
- Help with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by farm management.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
