Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual litter and debris collection from streets, sidewalks, parks, and other public areas.
- Operate basic hand tools such as brooms, shovels, and litter pickers effectively and safely.
- Empty public waste bins and ensure proper disposal of collected refuse.
- Report any larger waste items, graffiti, or infrastructure damage observed during routes to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient coverage of assigned routes and timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending, for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
