Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
- Support the sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor information, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand material and service requirements and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment.
- Help resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and policies.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and supplier performance.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
